Suns Lifestyle pergolas are designed for minimal maintenance. To eliminate surface marks, use a non-abrasive cloth along with a mild cleaner, or apply a gentle jet wash. Ensure that the drainage channels remain free of leaves and debris to facilitate proper water flow off the roof.

All of our pergolas come with comprehensive assembly instructions and can be easily installed by individuals with basic DIY skills, ideally with the assistance of two additional people and a variety of tools.

The estimated assembly time varies by model size, ranging from 1 to 5 hours.

We strongly recommend securing the pergola to the ground and ensuring that you have a solid foundation for anchoring before beginning the installation. Please note that any damage to a pergola that has not been properly anchored will not be covered by your warranty.

A natural slope of approximately 10mm is necessary to facilitate proper water drainage and ensure that the screens are installed correctly, which your patio likely already accommodates according to building regulations. Our installation team can utilize packers under specific legs to ensure the gazebo functions properly if the patio level differs from the specified slope.
