2. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland United KingdomFree on all orders

  • Selected items to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
    (Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability)

3. Delivery Costs

  • Mainland UKFree delivery on all orders

  • Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland – Delivery costs vary by product and supplier. Please contact us to confirm availability and rates before ordering.

Note: Customs charges or import duties may apply for deliveries outside mainland UK. These are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) typically begin processing the same day

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland UK:

  • Standard Free Delivery: Typically 5–7 working days

  • Express/White Glove Delivery (if applicable): 7–14 working days

  • By Brand: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the brand or product ordered. Please refer to individual product pages for brand-specific lead times.

Courier Booking:
For large or palletised items, you may be contacted directly by the courier to schedule your preferred delivery date and time slot. Please ensure your contact information at checkout is correct.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland (Selected Products):

  • Delivery: 7–14 business days

Note: All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or stock availability.


6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • UK Couriers: DX Freight, Palletways, Byeway Logistics, Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx

  • Some couriers may contact you directly to arrange delivery

  • Tracking: A tracking number and courier details will be emailed once your order is dispatched

  • Insurance: All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Link to track your order


8. Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check the delivery address

  • Ask neighbours or check secure areas

  • Contact us and we’ll investigate

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • Contact us at sales@outdooriconic.com within 7 days of receipt
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate


9. Missing Items

If any item(s) are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package

  • Include your order number and details of the missing item(s)

We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing items or issuing a refund.


10. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging and resalable condition

  • Exclusions: Customised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

Return Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • If we’re at fault, we will cover return shipping costs

11. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery

  • A redelivery fee may apply


12. Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside mainland UK:

  • Import taxes, duties or local charges may apply

  • These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility

  • Please contact your local customs office for more details
