Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Willshaw Ltd (trading as Outdoor Iconic) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

  • Taxes and Fees: Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Orders shipped outside mainland UK may be subject to additional duties or charges, payable by the customer.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (where available)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription or Recurring Services (if applicable): Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

  • Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order confirmation.

  • Delivery Method: Invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and current.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

If payment is not received when due, we may charge interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law) on the outstanding balance.

4.2 Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to withhold shipment or suspend future orders if payment is overdue. Services will resume upon full payment of the outstanding balance plus any late fees.

5. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date at sales@outdooriconic.com, quoting the invoice number and details of the dispute. We will investigate and respond promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Tax Exemption: UK customers claiming VAT exemption must provide a valid VAT exemption certificate before purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: Any billing errors identified will be corrected promptly.

  • Overcharges: Overpaid amounts will be refunded or credited.

  • Undercharges: We will invoice you for any underpayment, payable within 7 days.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments (If applicable)

9.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in line with our Cancellation Policy. We may send a renewal reminder prior to billing.

9.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by emailing sales@outdooriconic.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.

10. Payment Security

  • All payment transactions are processed securely via our approved payment gateways.

  • We do not store card details on our servers.

  • SSL encryption technology is used for all transactions.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.outdooriconic.com with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to billing or payment. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the 6 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Outdoor Iconic regarding billing and payments.
