Warranty

We are here to offer help and advice for efficient running of your hot tubs and ice baths and should anything go wrong, our team of technicians will make sure your are back up and running in no time. All our hot tubs are backed by our comprehensive warranty for the following:

• 10 years on the structure
• 2 years on the shell
• 2 years parts

Delivery
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to Mainland UK for all H2O Spa products. The estimated delivery window is typically 7–10 working days, and we aim to provide accurate delivery dates. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly.

Delivery & Installation Options
When ordering a hot tub, we offer flexible delivery and installation options:

• Kerbside delivery – your spa is delivered to your property boundary.

• Delivery & positioning – we place your spa in the desired location in your garden.

• Full installation service – as long as required electrics are in place, we can have your spa fully set up and ready to use on the same day.

Our team will guide you every step of the way to ensure the spa not only suits your needs but can also be safely delivered to your garden. We deliver across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Crane Requirements
For some properties, a crane may be required to lift the spa over fences, walls, garages, or even the house.

• Our HIAB crane can lift up to 7 metres, ideal for most fences, walls, and hedges.

• For lifts over a house, a full-size crane is usually required.

• Crane costs typically range from £400–£700, depending on location and street conditions.
