Outdoor Iconic offers a 30-day return policy. This means that, following the receipt of your item, you have a period of 30 days to request a return. You can read more about our Return and Refunds Policy here.

Warranty

As standard, we offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range.

We offer a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on all of our dip treated buildings. All that's required is that you treat the building with a preservative and waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.

On our pressure treated buildings we offer a 15 year anti-rot guarantee. All that is required is that you treat the building with a waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.

Delivery
We offer FREE delivery to Mainland UK for all Mercia products. The estimated delivery window is typically 7–10 working days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email allowing you to select a delivery date that suits your schedule. On the day of delivery, you will be given a two-hour delivery window, and our drivers will keep in contact to ensure a smooth experience. All products are delivered flat-packed to make it easy to move from the delivery point to your build site.

Installation
For customers who prefer professional assembly, the Mercia Installation Service is available for most garden buildings. This service ensures your building is delivered, constructed, and left tidy by our expert team.

Installation Process:

1. Confirmation & Preparation: After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an installation guide and site questionnaire.

2. Site Preparation: Prepare your base according to our guide (see below).

3. Base Verification: Provide photos of your prepared site and confirm access so the installation can proceed smoothly. Delivery and installation slots will be scheduled at this stage.

4. Delivery Day: You will receive a text with your two-hour arrival window and a tracking link for the driver.

5. Installation Day: Our team will call with a rough ETA, assemble your garden building to a professional standard, and clean up afterward.

Site Requirements:

• Clear Access: Unobstructed entry to the installation location.

• Level Surface: Verified with a spirit level.

• Space Around Site: Minimum clearance of 60cm (2ft) on all sides.

• Stable Foundation: Matching or exceeding the building’s footprint with square corners.

Recommended Base Options:

• Wooden frame base

• Poured concrete base

• Paving slab base

For DIY enthusiasts, building your own base is an option. Otherwise, we recommend hiring a local professional to ensure a stable and long-lasting foundation.
