Tradycyjne sauny ogrzewają pomieszczenie i wykorzystują parę do podniesienia temperatury ciała.
Grzejniki z włókna węglowego zużywają mniej energii niż grzejniki ceramiczne, ponieważ mają niższe temperatury powierzchni, a jednocześnie są w stanie intensywniej ogrzewać ciało i głębiej przenikać falami podczerwonymi.
70C. Jednak w przeciwieństwie do tradycyjnych saun, gdzie najpierw musisz rozgrzać powietrze do 70C, zanim wejdziesz do środka.
